To extend the usage and benefits of NetSupport Manager, v10 includes additional support for both Intel based Mac computers, the Solaris OS and moblie devices from a single console. NetSupport Manager 10 now carries Mac Universal certification and is the first Remote Control solution available with full support for the new Intel based systems. NetSupport Manager 10 now offers BETA support for Windows Vistas.

Version 10 now provides the Linux and Mac Clients with a new GUI application that reads, edits and saves the Client32.ini file to make configuration much easier. Thumbnail support is now provided in the Manager control for Linux and Mac Clients.

NetSupport Manager 10 allows the client and controls to specify a secondary gateway as an option. When the primary gateway is not available clients will connect to a secondary gateway. The control will browse both primary and secondary gateways for clients. The secondary gateway acts as a *backup* to the primary gateway.

Version 10 now supports remote reboot/power off of WIN CE and Pocket PC clients with an Inventory collection of WINCE/PocketPC devices in hardware and software list. And running processes.
